Thank you for your interest in becoming a Zen dealer in Australia, New Zealand or Singapore. Zen distributes great brands, and we want great dealers too. We ask that you carefully review the criteria described in this application, fully complete the below fields, and submit. Upon receiving, our team will review and contact you as soon as possible to let you know the status of your application.
Orders requirements and payment terms.
All orders supplied by Zen are Free into Store (FOS). Upon successful approval of this dealer application an account Manager will contact you directly to discuss minimum order values and various other requirements that relate to your ongoing business relationship with Zen in Asia Pacific.
Brand and product representation.
We believe that carrying a broad range of product enhances the long-term success of our brands and our dealers, and we also want to ensure our brands are properly represented in a professional manner. We require that you stock a reasonable range of different products within a brand, not just a handful. We may also limit your account to specific brands or categories of brands. We will review compliance within this criteria periodically. Non-compliance may result in the termination of your account with Zen.
Sales Channels and Markets.
We expect clarity and transparency from our partners on all the sales channels and markets in which you are trading and or representing our brands and products. If we find that you have not fully disclosed the nature of your business – we reserve the right to close the trading account.
